el conjunto de PERCEPCIONES que los trabajadores tienen de la instituci\u00f3n (sobre el ambiente de trabajo, sus labores y funciones, el espacio f\u00edsico, las relaciones de comunicaci\u00f3n entre ellos y entre las distintas jerarqu\u00edas, las reglas y pol\u00edticas que los afectan) y la REACCI\u00d3N en t\u00e9rminos de COMPORTAMIENTO a estas percepciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
